Service Availability
Electronic Repair services are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, including weekends. Emergency services may be available outside these hours at an additional charge.
Diagnosis Fees
A standard diagnosis fee of AED 150 applies for all service calls, which will be waived if you proceed with the repair through Electronic Repair.
Payment Terms
All payments are due upon completion of service. Electronic Repair accepts cash or bank transfer only. A receipt will be provided for all transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify Electronic Repair at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee of AED 50.
